black staining of teeth surface can be due to lack of proper oral hygiene or if you're giving any supplements such as iron.
consult with your pediatrician if you're giving any supplements.
otherwise brush twice daily with small head soft bristles toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of kid's toothpaste.
