Hello, how much weight and height after 2 years of a normal baby and please suggest a healthy diet for the growth of baby between 1-3 years.

Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements tr like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL cdan be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

Weight should be somewhere around 12 kgs by the age of 24 months and all along with that also I’d like to tell you that the height would completely depend on the birth weight of the child I am now you can check it on Google as per WHO standardsWrite Your Answer Here
