hello how much time should we feed a 6 month old baby....can we give palm sugar mixed with ragi..and all

A. Palm Sugar can be given to babies above 6 months. It is made from the sap present in the flower buds of a palm tree. The sap is heated to remove moisture content and made into a thick syrup. This is then crystallized to make palm sugar.

Q. Hello, My 10 months old boy baby is having solid foods only if it is mixed with palm jaggery. I use palm jaggery instead of sugar. Since I am working mother, I was forced to make him eat solid foods after 6 months old. Initially he refused to have solid foods without sweetness. Then I tried adding palm jaggery. But now for breakfast, lunch and dinner he needs rice, idli, dosa, ragi or anything anything to be mixed with palm jaggery. How can I change this. He is having stomach problems twice a month. pls suggest
