stop one feed at a time and replace by distraction , or replacing with cows milk as it similar almost to mothers milk or solids
HemaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. consistency is the key. try to gradually decrease the feed count. avoid offering breast milk first thing in the morning to baby. you can look for alternative for your baby. as you said your baby is 1 year old start with a formula instead or breast milk for the baby. my weaned my baby 2 months back. he is now 14 months old. as per my doctor's suggestion I started giving him Aptamil Gold stage 3 formula milk. he takes it first thing in the morning and also before bed time. when ever my baby demands for breast milk during day time i offer him water and juice.. it has helped us big time. since I am giving him Aptamil Gold stage 3 during night time he gets good sleep too. it's been 2 months since my baby has taken breastfeed
