Stress and tension is the biggest reason for white hair I would advise you to stop doing it because this is not reversible it may have happened due to nutritional deficiency maybe some products that you use which was loaded with chemicals because of the lifestyle and adult the food does become very common these days so you can consult consultant skin specialist once
