ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Yes of course you can eat and if you are already eating it in past then without any hesitation can be eaten and if eating fir the first time so first gave in small quantity and check response as sometimes it might cause allergy as it is a fungus
