hello, good morning. my daughter is six years old. day before yesterday, she was enjoying rain in himachal. and latter on she ate ice cream. thereafter she developed cough. and yesterday she had difficulty in breathing with coarse wheezes a/w fever( 101). I gave her salbutamol neb . four times in the night and one neb of ns3%. for fever I gave ibugesic plus syp. still she is having wheeler, neb use to give her temporary relief. what should I do next.
