Q.

hello Good evening my son is 6 month n 1 week old.. he has a fever of 99.6 •F.. gave paracetamol 4 drops in the morning and by 2pm 4 drops.. morning the temperature was 98.8 now it 99.6 .. please help me what needs to be done

A. Thanks alot Doc for the immediate response. this is the first time he is travelling out. in the new place he has been for 13days.. today only he has an increase in temperature. Lukewarm can I give for him now..? also on daily basis I am giving him D 3 multivitamins drops at morning and Orofer Xt in the night.. can I continue that or should I wait for the temp to drop down.

A. no need to give medicines ok deFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees

Q. my son 4 years old suffering from fever since 4 days. 1st day fever started in the evening with 100.6 F, mid night 103 F, morning normal temperature. Again in the evening started 100 F, 3rd day evening 99.8 F. we are giving paraceramol medicine every 6 hrs. on 4th day fever is 95.6F is it normal fever or any serious. we have not gone to pediatrician.
