Q.

hello Gd morning doctor from yesterday my 1year child frequently passed watery and green color stool till night. what I am giving and other is many time is rectum area got red what the reason for redness.

A. Avoid rubbing excessively while cleaning the affected area., apply t bact ointment over affected area. increase breast feeding. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
