Early Morning : Mother's milk or formula milk
Breakfast: sweet potato + poha powder, ragi dosa, sattu apple porridge, besan jowar coriander chilla, wheat sheera with mashed raisins, boiled egg yolk or homemade paneer, pancakes, vegetable upma, oats apple porridge, banana pancakes or soft egg white pancakes, seviyan upma, broken wheat porridge, idli with non spicy sambar, broccoli sabzi upma, multigrain chilla, sattu porridge, mashed potato.
Mid morning : mashed chikoo or mashed banana, stewed pear or stewed apple, mashed Papaya, mango, orange segments without the white skin, mashed peach or mashed apple, french fries, grated apple, boiled potato chaat with butter, mix stewed fruit chaat, flavoured yoghurt, chopped strawberries
Lunch: methi tinda pulao, spinach pumpkin puree, dalia khichdi, curd rice, roti dipped in masoor Dal + lauki sabzi, vegetable upma, masala khichdi, tomato pumpkin soup, roti dipped in Dal - palak, tur Dal with mashed rice, veg pulao with pakoda kadhi, roti dipped in carrot moong Dal soup, Dal parantha with palak paneer, roti dipped in tomato masoor Dal soup, wheat banana sheera, vegetable masoor Dal pulao, aloo parantha with curd, jeera rice with Dal fry.
Evening : Mother's milk or formula feed
Dinner: roti dipped in carrot beetroot coriander soup, oats apple porridge, bajra moong Dal khichdi, oats pancake, methi parantha with lauki sabzi, seviyan upma, aloo parantha with butter, peas and potato sabzi with parantha, kadhi with rice, roti with turai moong Dal sabzi, egg or paneer parantha, methi tinda pulao, vegetable masoor Dal pulao, pumpkin parantha, roti with tomato and pumpkin soup, roti with Dal palak, rice with fish curry or dal, palak khichdi, parantha + paneer bhurji, Gobi parantha with butter.
