hello experts, my son is 4yrs 11months old, he is suffering from dry cough for last 2 days....what medications I should give?

Brozeet would be really good to be given to the child you can give it to the child for above minimum three days of the child is better otherwise five days on the higher side and please do consult your doctor sometimes these things just could be associated with allergies
