Q.

Hello Experts, my baby is two months old. Currently he is passing stool 1-2 times in a day but from last two days his stool is watery. What can be the reason? Is he having dehydration problem? Is it normal or should I visit Doctor?

A. he does not have fever,even stool has no any kind of smell. and he is passing stool 1-2:times in a day.

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis whevre symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

A. Looking at the current age it is very normal for a child to have water poop if it is constantly like that then in one time you can just check with your doctor if there’s any kind of stool test required or any kind of medication medication is meant to be given to the child
