Hello #experts my 4.6 years old talk so much while sleeping… is it ok or I should worried about that? Please help

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. it may be because of too much of screen time sometimes so it is better to decrease the screen time of the child and try to make the child sleep in a proper discipline and at an early time

Sleep talking is completely normal for a child and also when a child is having some kind of a thought in the mind or thinking over something Di normally have dream about that and they sometimes talk about that in general also while sleeping and that’s completely normal there’s nothing wrong with it
