Hello Experts, Mu 9 month old baby is not eating, whenever I offer him food he avoids it, what could be the reason and remedy?

A. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. at the same time it it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

A. Maybe or not adding salt and spices to the food you are giving bland food to the child that is why your child may not be interested in eating secondly sometimes when a child is having its teeth that time also they can go through an issue of loss of appetite
