Hello ...experts ... is there any relationship between ringworm infection on body causing hair fall from head I have ringworm infection on body but not on scalp and I don't have itchy scalp also but my hair is getting thin ....so I am asking is there any relation between ringworm infection and hair

it is important to meet the doctor for examination because relevant history has to be evaluated along with proper medical check up.
meet the doctor for complete examination
if needed the doctor will go for investigations

No there is no relation between the two..
u can apply ringworm ointment to get relief.
and for thick hair start applying coconut oil in the scalp atleast two times a day..
