Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlzers may have c night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

You Give milk to the child before your child goes to sleep and also put earplugs so that your child will have a peaceful sleep without any disturbance because in winters it’s so much quired that even the slightest noise can wake up anybody so try this hopefully it should work because at this age kids mostly sleep through the night if your child is not sleeping then you try this else get a check with your doctor
