Hello experts.can I give 5ml of cefipan dry syrup(cefixime and lactic acid bacillus for oral suspension) to my 1year 9 months old son?for fever?

Ma’am There is a wide variety of medicines available in the market for fever and all but the best one is to go for paracetamol so if your child is having fever give paracetamol apart from that please do not give any medicine to the child without consulting your paediatric
