Hello expert! Since last couple of days it has observed that my boy Ekalavya is not passing stool, day before yesterday only one time defecated that to with very hard and little quantities. Yesterday no latrine, today also till this time 9:30am no latrine. he is taking food properly but no defecate so please advise..

A. Hello mom make sure the foods that he is consuming are easy to digest and also rich in fibre and liquids as well such as water , coconut water , butter Milk , seasonal fruits etc .. avoid packaged and refined foods as well
