hello expert my babies are 10 month old let me introduce country egg. if yes means much can I intoduuce eh. 1/4 or 1/2 or full egg or yellow part or white part.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Give 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
