hello expert I am cesarean Lady and 1 and half month completed can i do exercises... to reduce fat I am feeding mother too.. can you suggest me something

A. Hello mom as of now would not recommend very strenuous exercises , postpartum can be done on recommendation of your gynaecologist depending on your recovery

A. Dear mum, you can begin to exercise only after a resting period of 6 to 8 weeks after your c section. Also, consult your doctor before your begin to exercise to check how your wounds have healed.
