sorry but we can not provide these type of details.
but as you have joint pain ,here I suggest some tips, hope it help:
take healthy and well blanaced diet
take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
avoid drinking RO water
don't sit or stand for long period.
maintain good hygiene.
