PriyaMom of 2 children6 months agoA. 1)soak dates in hot water for 1 hr. cook suji/oats with mashed potato/grated carrot/ grated apple/cooked pumpkin/ boiled sweet potato . finally add dates puree and cook for 2 mins. and serve. you can also add banana.
2) ragi milk porridge with banana and dates puree. yummy 😋
3) prepare batter with overnight soaked green gram and do dosa. can add grated carrots, tomato, grated paneer
4) broken wheat and moong dhal kichadi with vegetables
5) hard boiled egg yoke
6) idly, sambar
7) oats powder+wheat flour +banana pancake

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl6 months agoA. You should give a food made out of ragi Suji oats fruits vegetables roti sabji basically now you should give all the fruits of the child that you and your family are eating make sure to add salt and spices into food for the flavour
