Q.

Hello everyone.... My little one is having a cold from last night ....he is not able to sleep well I consult with dr....we start giving medicine.... But I have one silly question he can't sleep without a fan So how to manage kindly suggest please

A. Maam when you put fan in cold actually it is going to aggravate the blocked nose which is why if you have an access to where you can put on the cooler or air conditioner on a decent temperature which does not throw a direct air on the child then prefer that otherwise if you have to use the fan use the fan then put nasal drops into the nose of your child and put a pillow under the head because in the elevated position the breathing is still better
