hello everyone my baby is 8 months and he fell down yesterday there is a small bump on his head that is soft to the touch but my baby is not in pain if I touch it what should I do is it serious please help

A. I’m looking at the age of the child I’m still going to recommend you to check with your doctor once if the doctor does not say that there is a problem then that is all good because of physical assessment would be required even if though if the child is doing good it’s no point taking a chance
