hello everyone my 2.5 month old baby girl is pooping a lot since last 3 days....she is pooping after every breast feeding nd formula feed... sometimes yellowish and sometimes greenish poop around 12 to 15 times a day...can u suggest some remedy please...thanks

frequency smell and colour of the stool xis not important if the child is not having any complaints and the growth of the child is proper and the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid.
meet the doctor if the child is having complaints and the consistency ofc the stool is either hard or totally watery.
