Hello everyone...I just need an suggestion or advice..my baby boy iz 3 months now...he iz on formula milk frm past few days...so my relatives suggested me to start solid lyk cerelac or easyfood...Shall I start?

A. Hi mom No not now Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months or give formula milk in case breast feed is not enough.. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree etc as the first food
