Q.

hello Dr vandan sir, my child is 2.8yrs old... before 3months ago he had suffered from fever.. when he hospitalised,his blood test was done... and in his blood report the hemoglobin was 8.2... yesterday I went to lab and again devansh blood test had done... in his blood report not the hemoglobin is 7.6...so that's the problem... his diet is good.... but I don't know why this happen

A. give iron rich food like dates , pomegranate, strawberry, jeggary, spinach, tomatoes etc more limit your child dairy intake especially milk intake as too much milk intake can cause this

A. hi it happens because as kids grow they need more nutrients and it might happen that a child might not get enough nutrients from food so please give iron drops as per your doctor's prescription
