Hello ma’am If your child has taken a tablet which is precisely for adults you should I made or child vomit the very same time but as of now it has been more than 12 hours I believe in if your child is showing no sign of discomfort or vomiting or any other thing and if your child is active then I don’t think so there’s anything to worry about
