Hello dr please suggest me can I mix store brought cerelac with home made cerelac in 1:2 ratio as my baby is habituated for sweet taste. As I have given only store brought cerelac for one month is it ok to mix both

A. hello...my doctor never allowed packaged food for the baby as it's very unhealthy...but now that ur giving give very little...also no sugar n salt in food till one year.There's no need to add salt to your baby's food. Babies need only a very small amount of salt: less than 1g (0.4g sodium) a day until they are 12 months. Your baby's kidneys can't cope with more salt than this.
