Hello dr please suggest me can I mix store brought cerelac with home made cerelac in 1:2 ratio as my baby is habituated for sweet taste. As I have given only store brought cerelac for one month is it ok to mix both

PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...my doctor never allowed packaged food for the baby as it's very unhealthy...but now that ur giving give very little...also no sugar n salt in food till one year.There's no need to add salt to your baby's food. Babies need only a very small amount of salt: less than 1g (0.4g sodium) a day until they are 12 months. Your baby's kidneys can't cope with more salt than this.
