Hello dr , please reply my question that which medicine I should give my child after vacination he is crying very very much iam giving him paracetamol it gives relief in fever but not in pain can I give this on π

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the baby is having pain because of DPT vaccination and the baby is crying you can give paracetamol only and can be repeated after every 6 hours again if required also apply some ice fomentation locally over the injection site

Why Do you have to go for a sugar-free variety unnecessarily you can give it of course it is the same paracetamol medicine but it is sugar-free you should try to go for the regular medicine thatβs available in the market rather than going for all these sugar-free versions and all but as of now if this is available to you you can give this also
