Hello Dr My twins are 2 years 9 months old. How much water and milk should they be drinking? I am giving them Pediasure .

A. dear mum, at the age of 2 years and 9 months, the total milk intake in a day should be around 500 ml including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. total water intake should be around 350 ml per day.
