Q.

Hello Dr. My son Jaiwin is 2.5 now...he was on Amul lectose free milk for almost 6 months bcoz of lectose intolerance bt now from last 9,10 months he is on normal full cream milk... as we are planning for a outstation trip for 4,5 days.... can I give him Amul lectose free milk for these days as I don't want to give him outside milk to avoid any indigestion or infection... plz. suggest what should I do becoz he stll needs milk 3,4 times a day. Thanks

A. Yes absolutely you can you don’t even have to think twice about it do something which is absolutely ideal for the child right now you should always go ahead with those things as I completely understand that you do not want to put your child into any trouble and that’s quite fair sure cause you should use what’s suits your child
