hello Dr,my son is 8 m old..is it okay to give him curd? if yes then which time and which type of curd and with which food I have to give?

Hello ma’am You can give her 2 to 3 times in a day but during the daytime only and if you even giving it at the night time but make sure that the curd is on room temperature it should not be directly from the refrigerator. And apart from that you should be giving home-made curd only nothing else
