A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (any good brand like atogla, venussia, oliatum, sebamed , citaphil etc ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. use moisturizing soap. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin. avoid using hard water for bath. for excessive dry and skin peeling please apply moisturizing cream / lotion at more frequent interval to control the condition and then decrease the frequency. the most common cause would be due to nutritional deficiency there is a possibility that your child is havingd nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any healtdh supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not .
