hello Dr. my son is 6 yrs n 4 months old. at night he grinds his teeth frequently during sleep. is this due to worms. kindly suggest

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Give ultra D3 drops Try alternative therapy like homeopathic It will correct soon No need to worry Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
