hello dr my son is 6 month old can I given cow milk breastmilk are not sufficient pls ans me and I have start solid

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 6 month start wenaing foods rathe Start weaning foods by 6 month of age start with basic fruit purees like apple banana purees add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration

U Start with semisolid food for the child along with that I am going to advise you to go ahead with tone pasteurised milk or formula milk if you are breastfeeding is not sufficient for the child because animal milk can only be introduced to the child after the age of 12 months
