Hello Dr , My son is 21 days old and suffering from gases and loose motion problem. also, Because of loose motion , His bottom place (stool place) becomes completely red. Please suggest 1. Current medicine Neosmile 4 drops.

A. the baby is only 21 days are face if the baby is having loose motions and if you are giving only mothers feeding to the baby there is no need to worry about this and no need of medicines
