hello Dr my son is 2+ he got pimple inside nose which is painful one pic I'm attaching here he got teeka on 18months the medicine didn't dissolve in hand n become a big swollen part later a surgeon did nashtar n drain out all pus n blood but still it paint n pus is coming

You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly. maintain proper hygiene and hydration.
