Hello Dr My son is 10 months old now he still hasn't got any tooth...is it normal?

A. Hundred percent as a child can have its first teeth somewhere between the age of 3 to 17 months of practically there is no delay as of now you should wait and if you do not see it happening by the time of 17 months then you can definitely consult a dentist for that
