Hello Dr...my son had worms day before yestrdy he itchy at back nd i have seen one worm it cme out of his back ...today mrng he didnt had proper breakfast nd went to school he had dosa nd banana at school from afternoon he is telling stomach ache nd he got fever also ...gve dolo nd bandy now..can we giv both at a tym

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 days agoA. No not together as deworming medicine has to be given at bed time and fever medicine can be given now and you can repeat the dose after four yo six hours interval
