Hello Dr. My one year son hemoglobin was low 10.9 grams, so Dr suggested iron syrup, because of that he is having constipation and every 2-3 days passing stool can you please suggest how to avoid constipation without stopping iron syrup.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. your baby having hemoglobin more than average it is not less but still if you want to give iron syrup image continue in addition you can you green leafy vegetables natural source of iron and it relieves constipation
