ShubhangiMom of a 3 yr 4 m old girl1 Year agoA. Better to give milk products like paneer curd buttermilk .. etc . Many doctors are suggesting to reduce milk intake to not more than 250 ml a day . You can consult doc in your next visit .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Just try to restrict the diet to 500 ML of milk per day now it is on you how many times do you want to give it once or twice or thrice in a day depending upon how many times are you including milk into the food of your child
