first , measure the temperature,if it is 100f or above,you must visit your pediatrician.
keep your child well hydrated
give Luke warm water to drink.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more.
avoid giving heavy food items.
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
