Q.

Hello dr , my daughter she is 3 month old , she takes cat naps and at night she gets up for feed in 3 hours . How do I ensure she gets good sleep . I have seen a drastic change in her night sleep when I have transitioned her from swaddle to non swaddle .

A. good morning it will take some time for the child to be able to digest gradually you will not as a child would be able to slap sleeping through the night also but it will take some time and patience
