offer more liquid and fruits.
avoid screens
give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily

Zincovit 1ML twice a day should be given to the child because that is what is going to be helpful in reducing down the dark circles maybe over the period because sometimes when kids do not sleep properly or they have screen time or they have deficiency of vitamin in then also this can happen
