Hello Dr, My daughter is very fussy about the food only if she is allowed to have her food by own but she only need plain rice no daal nor sabji how can I tackle the situation

A. Most of the kids are fussy in eating so try adding vegetables in pulao and give khichdi or rice with ghee can be served and add little or tips in rice while cooking or some vegetables and try stuffed parantha or cutlets or roti pizza
