hello dr... my daughter is not interested to drink milk daily ...what to do

A. You can get calcium from nondairy foodsLactose-free milks, including soy milk and rice milk, are good sources of calcium for kids who are lactose intolerant. Some green, leafy vegetables also contain calcium, as does calcium-fortified orange juice – which is almost as bone-building as milk.Milk can be disguised in your child's favorite foods, too. Try mixing it in oatmeal, cold cereal or cream-based and tomato soups. Just be sure to choose low-fat options such as 1% or non-fat milk for children over the age of two.
