hello dr my daughter is 3.5 yrs old she has a fever and loose motions in he fever is almost 100.4-102 and constant up down ... I give a crocin ds and probiotic medicine and ors... can u plz suggest what to do is it anything serious

A. s yes n It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
