hello dr my daughter is 3.5 years old weight 12kg she's having fever i have crocin 240 syrup at home but it's expired in April 2025... What should I do... should I give or not????

A. dont give it to her. ,alway give medication to yiur child after observing expiry date. give ut in right amount in 6 hourly for 3 days and visit your doctor.
