Hello Dr ..my daughter is 2year old...but dandruff or fungus infection on her head.,. I m so worried about that.... please advise me what is the reason for that n remadies..π

Priyanka BhatiaMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Cleanliness is the required thing. Use mamaearth baby shampoo it gently cleans the scalp and use mamaearth baby hair oil too.Give her green leafy food too. If you can use water with neem leaves boiled in that water to wash head.

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
